Create Service Principal in App registrations

  1. Go to https://portal.azure.com/

  2. Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID

  3. Find App registrationsIn in the side menu

  4. Click New registration

  5. In the Register an application page fill in

    1. Name: ConnectFlow
    2. Supported account types: Choose Single tenant
    3. Click Register

  6. Copy the IDs under Essentials

    1. Application (client) ID
    2. Directory (tenant) ID

  7. Save the IDs somewhere to use later

Application Permissions

  1. In the side menu find API permissions

  2. Click Add a permission

    1. Select Microsoft Graph
    2. In Application permissions
      1. Enable: Group.Read.All
      2. Enable: Directory.ReadWrite.All
    3. In Delegated permissions
      1. Enable: User.Read
      2. Enable: Group.Read.All
      3. Enable Directory.ReadWrite.All
    4. Click: Add permissions

Authentication

  1. In the side menu find Authentication

  2. Under Platform configurations, click Add a platform

  3. Select Single-page application

  4. Enter Redirect URIs

    1. https://connectflow.app

  5. Click Configure

  6. Under Implicit grant and hybrid flows

    1. Enable: Access tokens (used for implicit flows)

    2. Enable: ID tokens (used for implicit and hybrid flows)

  7. Click Save
